Air-core coils

ISMET produces special coils and air-core coils according to customer specifications up to a diameter of 1,800 mm and a total weight of 2 t. The air-core coils can be designed with up to isolation class H and with a bath, vacuum or spray impregnation.

Tailor-made ISMET solution

We wind air-core coils for current limiting according to customer-specific drawings. The air-core coils attuned to the application are wound on high-precision stainless steel coil elements and delivered with a high-performance isolation system and connections in the terminal box.
