One-phase isolating transformers

One-phase transformers are designed for electrical isolation of current circuits and are thus provided with protective isolation between the input and output winding. Isolating transformers prevent hazards due to accidental simultaneous contact of the earth and live parts. Due to isolation faults in unfavourable situations, parts which are not intended to be live may become live. One-phase isolating transformers in accordance with DIN EN 61558, VDE 0570, part 2-6 from ISMET are delivered with terminals with screw connection, are dip impregnated and prepared for protection class II.
